I am a Chartered Accountant with over 9 years of comprehensive experience in financial advisory, Internal and Statutory audits, training & breeding chartered accountants and finance management. I currently serve as a principal partner at VMSM & Co. Here we have thorough knowledge and expertise in the areas of taxation, corporate laws, accounts and finance, corporate restructuring and insolvency, and project finance.
SHANU MADHOGARIA [ACA]
I CA Shanu Bajaj Madhogaria is the Senior Partner at VMSM & Co with 13
years of experience in the field of finance and taxation. I am an expert in
Mergers & Acquisitions, Accounting & Auditing, Tax compliances, and
provide highly specialized finance advice and services. I am well-informed
about the dynamics of the Indian taxation system and is highly successful
in fulfilling customer satisfaction. My in-depth insights and strategic
